All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and confirmation of order details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity or incorrect information is suspected.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method.

You agree to pay the full amount at the time of delivery. Orders not accepted upon delivery may lead to account restrictions for future purchases.

 

🚚 3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Delays caused by courier or weather conditions are beyond our control.

 

🔄 4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery for unused and undamaged products.

Customers must contact us via WhatsApp before sending any return.

Products returned after 2 days or without prior approval will not be accepted.
